  We hired Courtney to do our wedding hair and makeup. First the good, she did a great job with my daughter's and my makeup we were very happy, however the hair styling left much to be desired. She rushed through us and was on her phone a lot texting and talking. At first I thought wow she is very efficient but after she left my daughter's hair was falling out before she even put her wedding dress on and I had to pin my own hair up because it started to fall. She had insured us that it was going to hold up all day after wanting to come an hour earlier to do our hair and makeup so she could make it back to her shop. Looking back I now know that being on her phone was very unprofessional and I paid her well for a job she didn't do well. My daughter's friend was curling her hair before the wedding. Thank goodness my daughter thought to bring her curling iron just in case of an emergency!
