  Thank you, Charles!!! I leave my house today for the next five months and have been waiting for an overnighted package to arrive before I have to leave for the airport. My package was delayed, but Charles called me every step of the way to let me know where and when my package would arrive. Couldn’t have been more helpful if he delivered it himself. And huge shoutout to whomever delivered it! Thank you thank you!!
